Speechless…
Today was an amazing day! I got to spend today with Dale as we traveled to Freed-Hardeman. Chapel and seeing faculty and students was a great time. Did a panel discussion with Dale and Ryan Gallaher for Matt Cooks Mission class on team ministry. After making plans for The Garage Bible Study tonight Dale recorded a Ministers and Mocha. then we headed home…
That where things changed…
Normally on a night like tonight (rain and wind and cold temps) the number at the Garage would be low. I had expected this tonight…
I had gone into the house for a moment when there were 4 or 5 teens in the garage. When I came back out, the Garage was FULL!
Parents – teens – children…
I looked and there were cards and gifts, flowers…
I honestly didn’t know what to do…
I didn’t go Facebook live…
I couldn’t give the lesson I had planned.
All I knew to do was ask the kids to sing..
And sing they did,
There were tears,
Prayers were made, scripture was read.
Love was all around…
Thank you is all I can say, I love you all for being here.
For being my family.
